Everything engineer.
@mnl I come from a stones throw away from deep Amish country and I think it’s important to remember that while they may escape outside some methods of outside control, it also gives them very powerful control inwardly on their community members.

I wish there was some kind of Wikileaks platform where people could upload the entire engineering data for obsolete products. Gimme those data sheets and pcb layouts and cad files and firmwares and bootloaders so I can actually fix my old mp3 player or use that old nest as a kickass volume knob.

@mnl which is to say I really dig these
@mnl I hate to introduce capitalism to this but if you ever were interested in selling some of your ink art, I’d be a buyer.

So, don't tell anybody, but we're going to announce Palm Pilot emulation in the browser at Internet Archive in the next week or so. I've still got to get descriptions in for the hundreds of apps that are uploaded, and add a few more classics. But if you want to help with that, or just let me know how it's going, ping me here.

But don't tell anybody! It's a secret!

Homework for my new job: Bulma CSS, Vue3, and Golang.
My boss:”you’re not required to start learning these before your start date”
Me: “appreciate the sentiment but you realize I did quit my job for 3 months to study software to get to this point and I’m not stopping anytime soon”
