I live in the UK and often when I attempt to follow a link to a US website, I'll see an error like this.

This is how normalised the abuse/resale/wholescale theft of your personal data is in the US market. It's so entrenched that they can't risk showing you the page because it's too much work for them to determine that you're not going to have your data abused.
