Can see that some people are struggling to understand how Mastodon works so here's some simple tips to remember:

- Think of Twitter as being like travelling due south on a July afternoon whereas Mastodon is more like travelling south-south-west on a June morning

- Mastadon is built on separate servers so by posting to Server 84, you are also posting to Server 131f (and partly to Server 7wZ) but not to Server 128j

- Do not touch the servers and do not call them servers

I’m be played Crusader Kings 3 for about 10 hours total now and lost every battle, died with the same land I started with (or less) and severely in debt. I should probably watch a tutorial or two before I play it again. Switching to FM23 next stream maybe 👀

I’m going to say this in the hope it becomes a funny bad take but FML this place seems over complicated. I can’t see this replacing the bird app, I’m not even sure how I’d explain it to folks, or how an audience can be reached here. I’m the sort of person who might read up on it but most people won’t want to.
