Is there any data/dashboard for how widely deployed the Mastodon "Profile Move" feature is? (For force unfollow/refollow during instance migration)

Last I looked it was a controversial missing feature: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/177

But some docs mention it exists in some version, but can't figure out which version has it or how common it is?
