So, the final verdict is no bingo lines but about half the board filled. I'm largely satisfied with that, and I think this worked a lot better for me than a traditional resolution list would have, since I could always pick something moderately sized off the list. I'm definitely putting together another one for this year.
(Bonus question: if you have a bingo card that's 'half-filled' (say, 12 or 13 out of 25 cells), what's the probability that it contains a filled line?)

"Complete" (and send to someone else) a craft project: The biggest win on this list, I think. I got a packing puzzle designed and engineered, and 'built' (printed) a couple dozen as holiday tchotchkes. I'm keeping the details under my hat for now (though several of you should already have seen it!), but I'm really satisfied with this one.
Get rid of the Foolscap stuff: Yep. This was specifically the bits and pieces that ostensibly belonged to Foolscap hospitality: bread machines, plastic silverwear, etc. With Foolscap-the-con no longer a thing, this became superfluous. Some of it went to con staff who wanted it, some went to the trash, most went to Goodwill. Next to none of it is in our house now.
"Complete" an application: not at all. I don't think I even started one, unless you count the various one-offs I used for puzzle design and the like, or the Voronoi filter effect I made for streaming. If I find the right thing here (maybe my block roller) this would be a reasonable choice for streaming, but time will tell.
Finally use the other 3d craft tool: Nope. This is a 3-in-1 device I traded a friend for, particularly for the laser cutter piece of it: I thought I might use it for the packing puzzle (and I might still), but I got too swamped with trying to get things together as-was to try and port to another medium.
Take one of the crafting classes I have a gift certificate for: Nope. The gift certificates stay on my mail pile scowling at me. :P
Find a therapist: Nope. I did a little trying, but wasn't able to actually get this to done.
Do another 'dumpster pass' on the house: this one was smaller than the previous one but we did it and I'm satisfied. This might become an annual thing. (5/n)
Use the 3d printer more (figure out problems?): Well, I didn't really figure out what the failure points are/were, but I did have a major project that used the printer almost non-stop over the course of a month with regular swaps of filament colors, and it all came out quite well; more on this later down the list.
Get a sleep study done: I haven't got the results yet (later this month for that) but I finally got around to getting the study. Counting this as good, and we'll see if anything goes on the new list because of it.
Get more dental/repair work done: Yep! This also happened pretty late in the year (aside from a popped crown that had to get replaced), but it's done. More in the new year, too.
Do some bicycling: A complete whiff on this one. :/ I did get new tires and tubes but I didn't get out; not having a bike rack set for my current car is a part of the issue but honestly I just need to get off my butt. Definitely putting this back on.
Stream myself (games or development): Some, at least. Much of a Blue Prince playthrough (until it got to the point where the streams would've been diminishing-returns) and a bit of code streaming. I didn't make a regular habit out of it the way Jeff did, and I'd love to figure out a good way of making a code stream sustainable, but I'll give myself marks for this.
Upgrade my Linode and renew the SSH cert: Did it. Not much to say about it. This was intended to be an easy win for the card, and it was.

Finish the deck: partial marks here. We did get the ropework in place on the railing but the top of the railing isn't done yet, and the railing on the stairs isn't done either. Both of those are lower-priority things, but they do both need to be done and they haven't been.
Get my car serviced: yep. This took longer than it should've, but that wasn't my fault — it was several months for the needed part for the recall to come in.
Take the carpet out in the craft room and get the foundation sealed: The foundation turned out to not really be the core problem here — a leaky pipe in the wall seems to have been the cause despite a seeming correlation between water on the floor and rain. Still, it got fixed and things have been dry since the final repairs.
Find a GP and get a colonoscopy: I did do a little hunting around for a GP but this was a complete miss. Back onto the list it goes.
Read (at least) a book a month: Nope. I did read a few books, but in almost entirely haphazard fashion and all of them non-fiction. Not sure if I'll put this one back or not; it's a bit of a white whale.
Thoroughly clean the grill: also nope. I kept the grates reasonably well-cleaned but the interior walls of the grill — which are caked with burnt food in spots — didn't get touched.
Reorganize the craft room: This didn't happen but mostly because we had to clear out the room for the various work to try and get the leaks fixed. Now that we think they are, there's a bit of restoration work that needs to be done but as stuff comes back into the craft room it should get better-organized.

Put together a paper and present at Illustrating Mathematics: I didn't really get a proper talk together, but I did give a micro-presentation at the IM conference that people found pretty interesting (quaternions of limited 'height' and the rotations they correspond to), and I basically stapled it together on the fly from the pieces of the talk I was planning to give and some other interesting stuff I saw at the conference. Plus, I got comped for travel to the conference, which I'm taking as a feather in my cap. (Also, I am not putting 'figure out how to actually invert a triangular region with CSS' on my new bingo card. :P )
Papercraft: I was hoping to either do some origami, pop-up work, or book design/binding, and/or making more paper. This one was a miss, in large part due to the (temporary but extended) dismantling of the craft room, but I'm still interested and this is probably going on next year's card.
Finish some hanging anime series: nope. I don't think there's a single series I started in the past and finished this year; I did actually watch a couple of ancient series start-to-finish (most notably God Mazinger) and only really started one series that I didn't finish (Fist Of The North Star, which I may or may not ever actually finish but did get through multiple arcs of). I haven't really watched anything recent in a while, though, which I count as a ding against me.
Do more SUMM (Seattle Universal Math Museum) volunteering: Yep. Put in some time volunteering, put in some committee time, donated generously. I've slacked on this a bit over the last month with various projects eating more of my time but I'm hoping to be able to pick this up more actively in the new year.

I'm out of practice with these but every now and then I like to indulge. Apologies for the terrible Japanese.
