Peak Pointlessness
I took a little break and sat in my car. While I was out there a squirrel did several laps back and forth on the fence in front of my car. I don’t think I’ve ever done anything in my four decades of existence with as much focus and intensity as that little dude was displaying.
I feel like a weirdo admitting this but the Defense Technical Information Center has some really interesting documents available from their site. I think the masters theses are extremely interesting
I’m not going to breathe a word to management though... I’m sure they’re under the delusion the info is being disseminated and they don’t respond well to perceived challenges
This place is fecking stupid.

They have a monthly meeting to go over rules interpretations that have been made yet somehow those same interpretations never get pushed out to the staff level.

Trying to decide if I want to go see Deadpool tomorrow with a buddy or take the wife to our favorite vineyard and purchase a couple bottles of port.
The Kid’s with his dad next weekend as well so I’m leaning toward the movie... I’ll keep y’all posted.
I’m glad it’s relatively easy for me to drop what I’m doing and go home, if required, because it makes me feel needed.
