#ChatGPT is pretty amazing given that it is still in beta and only using a small set of publicly available data, but there is still a long way to go before we have truly revolutionary use cases even as we can imagine them more clearly now.

There may be a point where we get stuck in the text version of the uncanny valley in the meantime.

But still… wow…

- Twitter absolutely crawled when it came to introducing new features. There are functions here that I wonder why Twitter didn't think of first.

- Twitter's development focused on engagement and revenue rather than user happiness. Here it's different. Quality over quantity.

- There is still room to improve Mastodon, both in the web and mobile apps. Ease of use and discovery will only get better with new attention and resources.
