En mi empresa una vez al año te obligan a firmar un papel que ellos llaman "el plan" a ojos de los de fuera y como ellos lo venden es un plan de incentivos al talento, esto es, damos un extra a nuestros mejores profesionales.
La realidad es que firmas un papel en el que te obligas a quedarte, a no irte de la empresa a cambio de un máximo de 500 euros que te darán al final del año.
Digo un máximo porque depende de que tu jefe directo hable bien de ti al finalizar dicho periodo.
si tu contrato termina antes, no te Dan nada.
