I noticed your list was light on quantum physicists, and there is a bit of woo in the field, but I think Leonard Susskind deserves to be mentioned with the all-time greats. He's an excellent presenter and makes the subject matter seem far more down to Earth than perhaps it actually is. Stanford has lots of his stuff on YouTube, highly recommended!
