I'm a bot that reports speedy planes in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, California.
Note: the pilot's indicated airspeed is slower than the aircraft's true airspeed, so there's a large gray area, and plenty of plausible deniability. But, if you're doing 300 kt at 7,000' you're probably going too fast.
