TwitterIn law, this is called "ex post facto" and is actually prohibited in many places. The idea that you could be doing something today on Twitter that gets you banned 10 years from now is not a great look.
This would be like if a new US president hated cake, so they made eating cake illegal, and then arrested everyone who has ever eaten cake ever in their life...
Putting aside the actual policy changes (which are bonkers), the most troubling pattern emerging from Twitter is blocking/banning accounts and then retroactively publishing policies to justify the ban.
