E-ink book readers are great....but so locked down!
My old Aura Touch Kobo needed to be reset and (why, Kobo, why?!) Tue new firmware won't let me do anything without WiFi and a Kobo account.
Got a used Onyx Poke which is cool...but it sure phones home A LOT.
What are YOUR favorite (and favorite privacy-respecting) eBook readers?
I'm never happier than when I'm telling stories. I need to spin yarns as much as I need to breathe, and I love the audio medium the same!

I'm the meantime, I'll finally play with this android e-ink reader I picked up used (relatively new and valuable, but most people look at small ebooks as cheap junk, so I yoinked it from a thrift place).
It looks awesome! Prolly a security nightmare but hey...android and e-ink!
