“We briefly had a library of alexandria and then fed it into a paper shredder so advertisers could sell a random mash of pulp back to us at a premium.”

It's a bummer that it took AI to have a CLI renaissance.

While you wouldn't know from the product page, https://readwise.io/cli works via your meaty human sausage fingers clacking away at the keyboard as well!

Readwise CLI — Your reading library, from the command line.

Search, read, and highlight from your terminal. Works with Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Cursor, and any AI agent.

Probably the reason I’ve never been all that successful at starting my own business.

RTINGS.com does good work. This was an easy sign-up for me.

Really proud to release Atencio, a Rubens revival with four weights and a variable axis. It’s a work-in-progress, but I hope it’s useful already!

Firefox will start supporting `ariaNotify` in release 150.

If you haven't heard of it, `ariaNotify` allows you to provide text that should be announced by a screen reader if available and activated. No more fiddling with live regions. 💪

According to MDN, Chromium shipped the method in an "unreliable" state. Let's see how the Firefox version behaves.

@chriscoyier from my understanding that's the nature of non-stick pans?

Not sure if you are looking for recommendations, but every 3-4 years I just buy these All-Clad non-stick. The coating is pretty durable, the pan has some weight to it that I personally like, and they retain their heat well. My biggest nit is that I find their handles to be uncomfortable. They used to be $60 for the set, but it seems those days are over. 😅

@agiletortoise how does Valence compare to Shapr? I got a 3D printer recently as well and was doing okay with Shapr, but couldn't stomach the subscription price for a little hobby. I settled with Plasticity on the Mac, which I like quite a lot, but miss being able to model on the iPad. Valence seems like a great value if it's anything close to Shapr in experience

I was an Arc browser convert, but gave up on it and The Browser Company when they abandoned it to build Dia. Every couple months I check Dia out and…at what point have they just rebuilt Arc with ChatGPT pinned in the sidebar? 😅
