Switching back and forth between things really makes it obvious that sanctimony is ugly in all the fonts.
Went for a ride in a gap between rains. A branch got caught between my front tire and fender. I got a foot down, so didn’t fall, but when I bent forward to pull out the branch, a crow shit on my shoulder. Fair enough, crow.

Michael Jay McClureMy Mastodon journey. Day off from my new school (Mastodon High) because of Thanksgiving. I’m dressed but laying in bed, on my back, throwing a tennis ball up to like an inch before it hits the ceiling. We don’t know many people in this town because we’re new so my Mom’s random college friend & her family are coming to dinner. The daughter studies sociology at Smith so, yeah, this should be a ton of fun.
This is probably already all over here, but I wanted to try hitting the Mastodon link in the share gizmo to see how it works. Also, it’s an amazing essay.

My Mastodon journey. This morning I thought to myself “I wonder if this sweater is, like, too blue” but then was like whatever. Now, walking through the hall of my new school (Mastodon High) to Trig class, 60% of the heads turning, the blue so strong that I give off a neon effect, I’m like, “Yep. Way too blue.”
