Pornhub saw a 77% drop in visitors in the UK due to age verification.

That doesn’t imply that a majority of Pornhub’s traffic before was minors. Most of the traffic drop is adults who (understandably) don’t want to dox themselves when they visit a porn site.

Two other things worth pointing out: age verification advocates might say the decline is due to minors no longer having access, but 1). they are lying, and 2). they see the 77% hit to Pornhub as a good thing, even if it was all adults.
