The idea for this is to build in what are often my favourite bits of conferences. So for 'themed discussions' we're looking for people to propose a topic, perhaps a brief reading/listening/reference list for context, a few brief prompts to focus the discussion and keep it moving, someone to be comfortable chairing a discussion in a open and supportive way.

Standalone seminar might be another way of thinking about it.
