the thing is I'm still learning to not care. this was me not having priorities.
I hope, in these 30 days account deactivation, I succeeded on not giving a flying fuck about what my friends thought on some random ass drama.
i deactivated all 4 of my x accounts yesterday. I had no class yesterday and was finally at my dorm. Alone. Thinking I would just do a short look up on my friends updates but oh how i was wrong.
I'll spare you the details, what I realized is that how useless their rant and their interest comparing to my textbooks that i need to finish.
I just learned that the bill for mastodon's server are paid by the community. So I am NOT uploading videos or photos here anymore.
Honestly, I wont mind if the mastodon team have advertisement here and there just so that this platform can become more sustainable.
you can technically remove the stimulation of youtube (both mobile and desktop) by turning off the watch history and pausing the history feature as well on settings
tho it doesnt remove the bad recommendation when watching a yt video
