Feels sorta weird to get my 7yo 300k karma reddit account banned for using the report function on scam posts that are so prevalent and formulaic on the site, especially as participation in the #redditblackout is going on and my usage has dropped since yesterday.

I’m sure it’s just coincidence with this cited post being mod confirmed as a real post but littered with scam links and they probably just got tired of clearing the queue on it, but just feels weird after all these years on.
