Good afternoon. Today’s lunch is not likely to be the best tasting one of the week but it is tied for the lowest priced.

Tonight’s “scrounging through my pantry” meal is some Chinese instant noodles tossed with sesame oil, topped with spam, red bell pepper, and crispy garlic fried in chili oil.
