@KirillOsenkov @0xced SysInternals ProcMon & ProcExp are also quite effective at finding these sorts of things as well.
ProcExp has the lower handle view. ProcMon is more raw and shows every file op.
Inoreader is okay and I’ve had a decent experience with it. My use-case is a tad limited, though, as I usually only it on desktop and only follow blogs.
Unfortunately, I’m unaware of anything that follows mastadon accounts—but inoreader does track Twitter & Facebook (both of which require a paid account because of API costs).
