Great reports on the new shield-qs blindspot mirrors. This pair was mounted on a Spyder. The customer may mount them higher on the shield.

I agree, higher is better, in most cases. Personally, I prefer the arms angled up, rather than straight out. It gives them more height, better visibility, and brings them a little more out of the airstream. Regardless, they look and are working great.
