it's definitely a site that thrives much more easily on negativity. the quote-tweet feature makes it very easy to disseminate and criticise other people's tweets, and the analytics make it so that popular tweets circulate around on people's timelines for much longer than they should, whilst certain replies are hidden

I think I'm gonna make grabbing a beer at the pub and writing and answering a few DMs a regular thing. Much more comfortable than at home
ikr? it's extremely difficult to recycle apparently and i have to actually *buy* a bag from nespresso and send it to them for them to recycle it properly! talk about wasteful consumption
i've sort of made an awkward bridge between the two extremes and just rely on a busted nespresso machine. at least i get 100 different flavors of little coffee capsules i can pour into my mug
date idea: going to the hunter wetlands centre and just searching for all the different kinds of birds

yeah haha, it doesn't quite do it for me nowadays. i think there is some literature on how caffeine is a short term stimulant but has long term withdrawal effects that make it seem like you're getting energized when you have one of a morning?
