This is my bike, a Canyon Endurace 6. Holy Bang For The Buck, Batman. Aluminum frame painted to look like carbon. 50/34 and 11-34, 10 gears. From what I gather, Canyon is controversial for its direct-to-consumer model. I see why. The price for the specs and quality blow other brands out of the water. I felt bad about bringing it in for service at first, but not now, because one place gets all my business.
Trek FX 2 with the low-step, for my wife. I actually want to use this as the gateway drug to mover her up to the smaller CAAD 8.
Two Cannondale CAAD 8s. Why two? I got the smaller one for my son to ride, and then I got the bigger one for him to ride when he got bigger. He’s big enough for the bigger one now.
My dad somehow got talked into buying a fat tire bike. I now have custody of it. 7 gears. I should take it to Orchard Beach this winter to experience riding it on the sand.
First up is this steel race bike I found in the trash outside a very well-to-do home in New Rochelle. I have not been able to find manufacturer info on the body except for a serial number: FA508811.
It’s beautiful, it’s fast. I changed the shifters from friction to indexed. 6 gears.
It’s a bit small for me.
Okay, I’m going to talk about my bicycles.
Guess what % of plastics have been
#recycled? No prizes :(
Wow, I’m still logged on here.
Today I realized that little kids learn best on bikes that are a little bit smaller than the size that they should ride.
