I'm only involved because the bank's own negligence allowed it to think I was involved. They should have to compensate me for that. If they want to go after the fraudster to try to recover that, that's between them and the fraudster.

@georgetakei And "no tax on overtime" applies only to pay *over* your base rate. If you make $20/hr and your work an hour of overtime, the tax free portion is the extra $10 you made. And I believe you can only use this if you file itemized rather than standard deduction.
