@FritzAdalis @briankrebs -- it's the server component that involves the remote support software from the sound of it. They deploy updates to the client through this as well but being command injection, It would be executed against the public facing support site. Not sure what one could do shelled into the appliance OS on these. - It just got a CVE though.
