I'm ba-ack!
How I found out: on Sunday I got too hot and stood up too quickly and the next thing I knew, there was a crowd of people around me laying on the ground. Apparently I was passed out for 10-15 minutes. I came to after someone named Ruby gave me a CPR compression. I'm still determining what that means  
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that my wife and work have been incredibly supportive throughout.
A bit of a life update: I will be getting a benign brain tumor (5cm/2in) removed tomorrow (Thursday). After today, it might be awhile before I post again. They aren't able to tell how extensive the surgery will be until they get into it, and that will determine how much brain fog and general recovery process I'll have.
