We're taking him in to say good bye today at 2:30.
Our hearts are breaking.
My husband has taken two days off work (that we can't really afford) for grieving.
We just barely have enough for the appointment. We're going to struggle making it to pay day, separate from the grief.

This is a really difficult post to write. 💔
Mr. Baby the cat has been part of our lives for nearly 20 years, and his health has declined very suddenly.
Pisses himself in his sleep. Needs help eating, cleaning himself, getting to/from his litter box or food dishes.
He's been alternating between hiding under the couch and being unusually, uncharacteristically cuddly.
We’re taking him to the vet first thing tomorrow, but we’re in a tight financial spot and don’t have the funds for end-of-life care or potential treatment on our own.
We’ve set up a GoFundMe to help cover the urgent vet visit, diagnostics or medication if treatment is possible, or euthanasia and cremation if it’s time. Our goal is simply to make sure his care and comfort come first, without having to make decisions based on money.
