WIP (but they're very simple so won't be in progress for long!) second half of the SAS force for #02HundredHours. Lovely minis, they love a bit of Contrast

Recently managed to find some of these great old Marine bodies to go with my 1990 Captain, but I'm struggling for the arms and backpacks - could anybody help me out, or point me in the right direction? Cheers #WarhammerCommunity #40k
Hernkyn Pioneers done, finally. I'm pleased with them, bikes go zoom! #WarhammerCommunity #40k
Love the contrasting silhouettes of the SAS and the German guards for #02HundredHours, really reflects the asymmetrical roles in the game

Future linguistic historian blowing future social media's collective mind:

"The ancient English letters Curleekuh and Kikinkuh were both variants of the letter 'see', which was often actually pronounced 'kuh'. Curleekuh was so named because the letter was 'curly' in shape, and Kikinkuh was called that because it looked like a person kicking something, perhaps an inflated leather sack."

Might as well share my classic from earlier in the year here: the best thing I've ever painted (so far).

I wanted to do something unusual with him, had the idea, and just gave it a shot despite not being convinced I could pull it off. Very proud of the result.

Had a lot of fun building a bunch of guards and a few more SAS men (I have six SAS already painted) for #02HundredHours which is an asymmetric game of ww2 commando night raids that I'm really looking forward to getting to the table with some friends next month #historicalWargames
This is the Skaven army I took to A Shadow In The West, a narrative event in Walsall, about a month ago, which netted me third-coolest army. They think they're Stormcast (and have misheard Stormcast names like Lord-Important) but they're not. The booklet has some lore about them, and the army list is hidden in pale blue text and needs the red lens to reveal it. Also the photos are 3d 😁
