The soffits, fascia, EDPM rubber roof, and trim are all in place and secure 🥳
I’ve been busy getting the roof complete. The race to watertightness was real.
I’ve finished the design and framing of the garden room. Time to order the materials!
This refers to the blazingly fast compilation speed of @elmlang, right? 😅
That’s the base completed. Now comes the difficult part of planning all the walls and roof 🤯
Insulation and foil tape is in place. Getting close to completing the base.

The finished frame for the base was completed a few weeks back.
After many weekends of planning, clearing, digging and cementing the foundations are done. My back hasn’t enjoyed this work.
