@verge iPhone mirroring is an absolutely killer feature.

@TechConnectify It seems like a real world stroop test to me. I know it’s left but it takes me a split second longer to process it compared to a normal turn signal.

@FediThing @aral I think we agree that Meta is awful but I don’t use social media for the sake of using it. I use to follow people whose opinions I care about reading. If those people are only on Threads I’m stuck using Threads unless they federate. Federating gives us a chance to get more people off Meta since they can get the same content here on Mastodon.

@aral I mean this is the exact reason I want to federate with Threads. I can follow people on there without having to be on a Meta service. Seems the best of both worlds to me.
