DevConf has such an awesome idea, the badge has a B.L.A.N.K. space and you can customise it with stickers to show off who you are!
A big thank you to Ross Simpson who inspired this with his badge hacking at DevConf 2023 and Michael Minutillo who came up with the awesome name B.L.A.N.K. which stands for Badge Located Assertion of Notable Knowledge
