Administrator of that mastodon community known as oulipo.social. Hobby fun: folk-violin playing, kraut making/pickling, napping. Living in Washington (not DC). Works upstairs from an actual mastodon.
Alas, it's probably (90% probability) an AI pic. Non-spirals and that top non-spiral ... fishy. Also an AI-finding tool is flagging it. Sorry! (A human boot fabricator should totally fab non-AI snoots, though.)

Tiling our bathroom walls is going ... not as badly as I was ancitipating it would. Four fiddly joints around that window only work thanks to a compound cutting jig I thought up and put through my 3D fabricator last night. I'm calling it a win for now, and not a bad job for my first try with this stuff.
As of today, @sculpin and I took 20 trips around our solar orbit in official matrimony! I'm looking forward to many additional orbits in such good company.

Running sound for a con of fossil-studying folks today. And two days ago. I thought I might hook things up and walk away, but mostly hands-on is how it's going.
This isn't part of my actual job -- it's a favor for a division I support -- and I don't 100% know that my boss knows I'm doing it.
I'm told a con chair is baking tasty snacks as thanks for doing this. That works!
