Better take on this than I provided, from @[email protected] @[email protected]! Proposed Iowa SNAP restrictions would reduce take-up. Eg, WIC has some similar restrictions & lower take-up. But no baked beans or sliced cheese? And restriction on people with >1 vehicle creates hardships for people in rural/suburban areas w/out public transit
