@brandonscript @riposteapp @jaminguy I too prefer inline. When I'm a (few) hundred toots behind I prefer seeing all the content as soon as it scrolls into view - especially shorter content.

And I know you didn't ask :) but would it be possible to reduce vertical white space by having the reply/retoot/favourite counts inline with the buttons across the screen? I'd be ok with the share button relegated to the … menu to make room.
