I was today years old when I realised that the Imperial War Museum was built on the site of the St Mary’s of Bethlehem Lunatic Asylum (who’s abbreviated name gave us the word ‘bedlam’).
Paying VAT on international shipping burns more than the shipping cost itself.

A Dutch supermarket chain introduced slow checkouts for people who enjoy chatting, helping many people, especially the elderly, deal with loneliness.
The move has proven so successful that they installed the slow checkouts in 200 stores.

Attaching a business model to something like this creates moral hazard for the budding geoengineers and an incentive to greenwash for their customers.

The MASSIVE flaw in the transphobes preposterous ‘Dressed To Kill’ fantasy opposing Self ID is the existence of trans men - who are super BUFF.
Under ‘phobes law, these men would use the Ladies. Meaning there’s no need for a predator to frock up. He’d just say he’s a trans guy.
