A project I've been involved with the past few years is almost done, but it needs funding to get over the hump.

I'm allergic to straightforward fundraising, so instead I wrote up a brief post about what it is and why it would great if you threw the project a few dollars.

A brief announcement and some thoughts about work

If you're an avid reader, one of the more radical things you can do is read and talk to your friends about books published by small presses.

My local bookstore has a dedicated shelf for small presses & I have consistently found the most interesting and unexpected reads of the past few years there.

The pleasure of reading is augmented by the fact that I'm not giving money to the weird oligarchs that believe art is only worthwhile if it is profitable.

On LinkedIn (regrettably), and I see people posting who have their current role listed as "retired."
