Went to the Post Office today and get this—thanks to modern technology I got to listen to music on the way there and back! This is a game changer. Imagine always having 12 songs in your pocket!
R.I.P. Lou Donaldson. This is a great intro if you’re not super familiar with his work. A lovely mixture of hard bop and soul jazz (and also one of my favorite Reid Miles covers—the man had a way with topography).
