@AoIR the messages will come to mentors and mentees in three timed batches - one at 8 am east another around 11 am est and a third at 1 pm est. There were some generous mentors that we did not assign as we had more than plenty mentors volunteering - they will receive a message about the schedule later today or tomorrow and their participation will be entirely up to their convenience .
