I manually approve follow requests but unless you appear to be abusive or on one of Gargron's instances then I'll probably accept it.

@glyph When I think about "AI" I often think about how we had cities built to be navigated by people, and then we rebuilt the cities to be more easily navigated by cars, and now people without cars can't navigate the cities because we specifically designed them to require cars

@dysfun

Doubt. That is clearly the unholy offspring of a gremlin and a furby.

@dvshkn

Truly an app that needs strong integrity attestation. 😔

Just ran into the first instance of something not working because GrapheneOS doesn't get the highest level of app attestation certificates.

All bank and related stuff has been working just fine all along.

What fails? Logging into the app of a fucking gas station.

Who doesn't love the smell of burning petrochemicals in the morning.

@dysfun

Name's a bit on the nose, eh? :p

@dysfun

Fair, though that's yet another question mark. Define one header and Who Knowsâ„¢ what any given platform will end up defining and what'll end up being accessible.

Love how the free-software people love to invent ways of making software more brittle and less portable.

@dysfun

Haha, fair enough.

POSIX requires _POSIX_C_SOURCE to be set to the relevant POSIX version constant to access anything that POSIX defines, and _GNU_SOURCE_ implicitly defines _POSIX_C_SOURCE to Somethingâ„¢ depending on your current glibc version, currently POSIX 2008.

@dysfun

Hmm, setting _POSIX_C_SOURCE appropriately wasn't enough?

@dysfun

Don't you just love standards where most things are optional?
