@carnage4life for sure. I have a lower end Nissan car and they've limited the touchscreen options to just infotainment. Even then it'd be neat if the Sirius channel bookmarks/FM presets buttons were linked to actual pushbuttons.

@jperlow I have this sinking feeling things are going to get ugly no matter what. I decided to not work on anything else after the real work was done, and I'm going to work on something I remembered wanting to do when I was a teen but never got around to: try to write a Sierra AGI-style engine in PyGame. Some hobby thing to distract from the news.
I've made the mistake of checking X and sure enough, the usual suspects of bots and trolls playing both sides.

@RikerGoogling hm. that makes me wonder if canonically Jurassic Park would be illegal in the Federation. There wasn't enough DNA to clone dinosaurs, so they completed the genetic sequence using modern DNA and worked to a point of getting creatures that resembled artist depictions of dinos.
