@blub one challenge is that the process isn’t too well documented, the videos are out of date and don’t contain all the info you need, but the pid toolbox discord is full of super helpful community members!

@blub I have just been through the process of learning how to use PID toolbox to tune using step response curves. It is actually quite straightforward, with a few quirks, but there is a great helpful community!

I started out by trying to use a similar “AI” based app and it was much more confusing and I wasted a lot of time on it before finding PID toolbox. The wobble testing procedure also allows you to tune in a small space like a back garden.
