One of my favorite podcasts, Science Vs, is looking for folks to take a survey about their experiences having sex. For science! (Last time they did one of these surveys, it ended up being published as a scientific paper!)

I'm on a work call and someone said "Rebecca's gonna go make a substack on reddit" specifically to bait me into coming on camera to correct them…and it worked.

As if you didn't already have enough reasons to oppose the both anti-LGBTQ policies and the prison-industrial complex, here's a fun* place those two issues overlap.

*It's not actually fun at all

Engadget is no more.

At least no more what it used to be - an actual review, information and opinion site about tech gadgets.

Now it's just fully a "feed the Google SEO engine, affiliate link, listical, clickbait" site, thanks to the latest changes via its owner, Yahoo.

Very, very sad. I am online friends with Ryan Block, Engadget's second Editor in Chief, and he's gotta be really sad about this.

Also, this is what we fight AGAINST with CoffeeGeek. We still strive to have, as our first mission, honest and helpful info for coffee lovers. Not listicals. Not clickbait. Not Goog SEO primary.
