I need to get out of this shitty fast food resturant. the owner of this store is sending me on a 50 minute trip (each way) half of the days I work and has cut my hours from 38 a week to 18. the only problem is everybody else is quitting and the manager here is like a mom to me and I don't want to basically destroy her work life by leaving. Even though I only work 40-50 hours a paycheck (everyone works around 30-50 because my owner is an ass) the team relies on me a lot.
