My Example: I have started involving my staff in helping update our staff handbook. We've only revised staff dress code and our announcement "policies" so far, but they deeply appreciated participating in the update.
I love this question. For me, it hits a couple themes deeply important to me: decentralized decision making AND daily building autonomy, mastery, and purpose into the work of our teachers and students.
