@lagedernation Ich war etwas verwirrt am Ende der Folge 469, weil ihr mit keinem Wort erwähnt habt, dass eure neue App nur auf iOS verfügbar ist. Ich verstehe, dass es (vermutlich Kapazitäts-)Gründe geben kann, warum ihr nicht zwei Apps entwickelt. Die implizite Annahme, dass alle Menschen Apple-Geräte benutzen, finde ich aber (überall, nicht nur bei euch) problematisch und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ihr das wenigstens kurz erwähnt!

I take it back, I asked it to escalate to a person, which it did happily and the person read the chat and just cancelled it without further action from my side.
I want to cancel a banking service. Their FAQ says I can do this via 'Messages' in their e-banking. I go to 'Messages'. It is an AI-Chatbot. I ask it how to cancel the service. It tells me that I can cancel this via 'Messages' in e-banking. Is this what the nerds call recursion?
