today is a busy day
Alright we made... 🔥🔥
Breakfast (3x): chia seed pudding with almond milk, protein powder and blueberries.
Lunch (3x): lettuce with grilled sweet potato, cherry tomatoes and grilled mushrooms.
Dinner (3x): jackfruit in a tomato sauce with spices, topped with charred kale, and a side of pearl couscous with grilled red peppers and peas.
Snacks (3x): banana.
Miscellaneous: 2 portions of couscous+peas. Not sure what I'm going to do with that. Also a whole container of blueberries. Muffins maybe?
