To long? What are you talking about @searchliaison ? With the manual process it took a few weeks at most to accepted or declined. Even today, I know Swedish sites that are 5+ years and deliver high quality news that are not included in Google News since you introduced the new algorithm. Things really don't work as they should...
@johnmu The Google News tab is very weird this days. Meny sources are also just showing up in of-topic regions and also if you use "sort by date". If they don't is quality content, then they should not show up at all...
If someone from Google reads this. Please fix it. I see more and more highly established sites with this issue.

One question; if one site is not able to appear in Discover in any way, then you will let the site owner know with a notice in the manual actions report. Are I right? I'm a little anxious that Google may restrict the site from appearing without telling me in Search Console (I know the algos). That's why I ask.

I hope everything is well with you? Hopefully you understand my "swenglish" in the video below and can maybe tell me what's going on? Is it a quality News issue for the site? I have been working hard the last few weeks to make it better and more user friendly. Can it then "start to work as intended" in the next broad core update? Or do Google News need to resolve something?

@johnmu Sorry John, but when a product expert even says that "Google is not good at this" (a serious issue in addition), Google may need to work harder? If you ask me, the AI has destroyed more than it has helped.
@johnmu @searchliaison When we talk about the trolls. I see that the site appears in Discover again (but for an article published 11 july, and it was starting to get traffic three days later). As you can see, the CTR was very high. Is the CTR something Discover calculates if it should show more articles from a source or not?

This was the performance on my site in Discover once a time (you also see when Google did samthing so the traffic dropped). My question: is it passible to come back to this amount for the site in Discover (and start surface again on Discover as there is zero traffic from that right now), or is it best to just turn the site down?

@searchliaison Now it looks like M3.se also is gone from the News tab in Search from other regions. Please see pictures attached on how it looks now compared to a few weeks ago. Google News is also affected (the website and the app). More sites are affected. M3 is NOT my website.
Please take this seriously as you have done with the German media lately and fix it. As you are probably tired of reading this over and over, I'm tired that you don't seem to care about it....
