I've just come back from Avatar: Way of Water and I can see why James Cameron is snooty about comic book movies. This was pretty next level.
I liked a gorilla video recently and now half my Instagram feed is gorilla content.
@CNET do y’all have any CNET merch? Tshirts and hats or anything?
My mom absolutely does not GAF about being late to things. The amount of zen she has when leaving home minutes before our even after an event or appointment start is so infuriating. She’ll get super Deepak Chopra about stress being something we don’t have to do. NO! Just leave early enough to get to places on time!!!!
Apple really should fix how attachments work on the Mac’s Mail.app. Stop trying to be so clever. Stop trying to put everything inline. The. Worst.
YouTube's Premium popup options for Try 1 Month Free and Skip Trial feel pretty scammy. Surprised to see it from one of the biggest companies Spelling out my problem with it: Skipping the trial feels like we're going right to subscription.
Naivety sounds wrong and "naivité" sounds like a d-bag. So we're all going to avoid using either of those. Thanks, team!
Jim Lee’s early 90’s X-Men drawings look super fresh right now.
Wow, this black Adam movie really is a pile of garbage.
It’s interesting that VR, chat gpt and Dall-e are all sort of happening at once. It makes me think of star trek’s natural language reality creation on the Holodeck. Describing things into existence and refining them by feeding back on results with natural language. AI is becoming smart enough to read between the lines and not take every word literally. Grocking the meaning I can imagine this being a very powerful and moving experience when you’re immersed in a 3D environment.
