I beat #Zelda #TOTK today. God did I ever love it. 168 hours and I'm probably gonna go back for finishing with side content and stuff.

I do wish there was hope for a part 3, but I think at that point we're running into tech debt and overextending the game, so I'm pretty sure this is the end of TOTK, except maybe DLC?

I want master mode, and I wanna finish everything.

So apparently February 30 happened once in the year 1712, only in sweden. They tried switching from the julian to the gregorian calendar gradually by omitting leap days starting in 1700 but forgot to omit it in 1704 and 1708. So in 1712 they added an extra leap day to go back to Julian until 1753 when they February 17 followed with March 1 and fully switched to the Gregorian calendar

I finished watching #BetterCallSaul with my partner last week and just started #BreakingBad. I'd tried it forever ago but could not get into it. BCS helped me get used to the writing tho and now I will say I for sure enjoy it more!

One day there'll be a game like Sea of Thieves, with the co-op and without the PvP, or just with private servers.

I hope I'm alive when that day comes because outside the constant griefing and harassment, the game's fun as heck.

I set up a script in #Playnite to back up my PS2 save data when I close games in case something corrupts. I might lose a couple hours but at least I won't lose the whole thing x-x
Might set it up for other platforms later, but we'll see

Turns out #WSL works really smoothly for command-line apps on windows. I used to use #Weechat for #IRC through cygwin, and while it worked it had a lot of issues through cygwin. I set it up yesterday through WSL and it's fantastic, actually.

Punishment against kids doesn't work. They don't understand greater consequences for it to work. They don't often understand how to behave to do so.
Sit down with kids, talk to them about the behaviour. Have a conversation about the significance of it, why you don't like it, etc. Come up collaboratively with a plan for action.
In my experience, even little kids are receptive to being respected as a person with a mind and brain. If you treat them seriously, they'll act in kind.
