@SyntheticAutumn Your specialist isn't even in the ballpark of correct. If you don't have T to convert to DHT, you won't have hair loss from DHT toxicity.

You definitely won't need fin or spiro if your T is between single digits and zero. Low double-digits pre-orchi shouldn't either, the spiro isn't doing much at that point outside of rare cases.
